AI SaaS builder

Build a SaaS people pay for.

Describe your product. builder77 builds the app, user accounts and data rules, and takes subscriptions through your own Stripe account. Subscriber-only data is checked on the server on every request, so only paying users get in.

Everything a SaaS needs

Accounts, payments, data rules — already wired

No auth provider to configure, no billing code to write, no backend to host. The parts every subscription product needs come with the app.

User accounts

Sign-up, sign-in, email verification and password reset by email, with single-use links that sign out old sessions. Make any user an app admin.

Stripe subscriptions

Recurring plans and one-time Checkout through your own Stripe account, with no platform fee. Customers cancel or change their card in the Stripe billing portal.

AI features

Chat, generators, summaries and structured output inside your product.

File uploads

Avatars, documents and attachments, stored and linked to your records.

Transactional email

Welcome messages, receipts, reminders and notifications to your users.

Webhooks

Send your app's data to Zapier, Make or n8n webhooks and connect the rest of your stack.

Third-party APIs, from the server

Call any third-party API from the server, with your secret keys kept out of the browser.

Paid access

A paywall the server enforces

Hiding a button is not a paywall. Mark a collection as members or members-private and the server checks the user's Stripe subscription on every request.

  • A lapsed or unpaid subscription loses access
  • Users without an active subscription get a subscription_required error
  • Prices are read on the server, never trusted from the browser
  • Customers cancel or change their card in the Stripe billing portal
  • Your own Stripe account, no platform fee (Starter plan or above)

Data rules

Who can see what, decided on the server

Every collection gets a rule. builder77 picks a safe default from its name, and you can change it in the Data tab or in b77.config.json.

Owner only
private

Each user sees and edits only their own records. The server refuses everyone else, even through the raw API.

Signed-in users
auth

Shared data for everyone who is signed in, like a team board or a community feed.

Read-only
readonly

Catalogs, plans and content that anyone can read and only you change.

Submit only
submit

Orders, bookings and forms: anyone can send, only you and app admins can read.

Subscribers
members

Shared data that only users with an active subscription can open.

Subscribers, own data
members-private

Each subscriber's own records, behind their active subscription.

App admins bypass the rules, so they can manage every record.

What you can build

SaaS products and tools people sign up for

If you can describe who it's for and what each plan unlocks, builder77 can build the first version.

CRMs

Contacts, deals by stage, notes and a dashboard, behind a sign-in.

Client portals

Each client signs in and sees only their own files, invoices and requests.

Booking systems

Services, time slots, email confirmations and payment at checkout.

Membership sites

Courses, guides or community content that only active subscribers can open.

Internal tools & dashboards

Approvals, inventory and KPIs, with app admins and signed-in-only data.

Subscription products

Niche tools with monthly plans, AI features and a billing portal for your customers.

Yours to keep

Your product, your data, your code

Version history

Every change is a version. Restore any of them in one click.

Data browser

Browse and edit every record, and see your users, in the Data tab.

Full JSON export

All collections, users and file links in one download, on every plan.

Source code ZIP

Download the whole project from the Starter plan.

Flutter export

Download a native Flutter project from Starter. See Mobile & Flutter.
